We support structured, medium-large, small and start-up Companies at every stage of their life: from the project definition - including the analysis and feasibility studies - to their launch; from ordinary and extraordinary activities to the identification of solutions in case of difficult or crisis situations.

We provide administrative, tax and regulatory assistance to no-profit Associations, Foundations and Organisations mainly operating in the social, cultural and sport fields.

COMPANIES

We support Companies both for ordinary and extraordinary activities including budget planning and control, administrative support, tax assistance, investments; assistance to the Board; generational handover. We also support Companies in the management and solution of difficult / crisis situations.

We participate in the evaluation of professional and entrepreneurial ideas and projects; we assist in tax, accounting and administrative tasks; we provide support for the management of real estate and family assets, and assist in case of legal conflicts also in taxation and debt contexts; we work with our Clients for the protection of weak individuals too.

We provide assistance in ordinary and extraordinary taxation and Tax Returns, as well as for contractual matters; for tax compliance and property management, and for foreign taxation. We provide support for the analysis, purchase and management of personal/family and real estate assets; for family budgets; for successions. We act in supporting roles (e.g. Tutor, Support Administrator, etc.) for weak individuals; we provide support in case of tax-related investigations, in the relations with banks, for over-indebtedness procedures, in the event of conflicts with third parties and partners, for the preparation and management of generational handover.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS

We carry out judicial appointments regarding insolvency and enforcement procedures; we are in charge of technical office consultancy and evaluation activities. We provide ordinary and extraordinary assistance in administration and taxation for Public and Subsidiary Companies.

NO-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS

We carry out ordinary and extraordinary set-up and management activities; we provide support for the prevention, management and solution of difficult, conflict and crisis situations.

Ramiro Tettamanti

Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor, Founder
Dr. Ramiro Tettamanti — Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor, Founder and Leader of our Firm until his passing at the age of 91, in 2023 — practiced in Corporate, Administrative and Tax matters, specializing in Tax Litigation. During his professional career he acquired recognized competencies in Management, Administration and Control. He was a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors, and Statutory Auditor of Operating Companies, Holding Companies and non-commercial Entities. For more than twenty years he was Chairman of Boards of Statutory Auditors of a National Bank and Financial Companies, in addition to having served as Board Member and Chairman of the Order of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts for the Province of Como. Giovanni Casartelli

Chartered Accountant, Legal Auditor, Technical Consultant at teh Court of Como.
Delegated Professional and Judicial Custodian; Bankruptcy Trustee; Mediator.
