Dr. Ramiro Tettamanti — Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor, Founder and Leader of our Firm until his passing at the age of 91, in 2023 — practiced in Corporate, Administrative and Tax matters, specializing in Tax Litigation. During his professional career he acquired recognized competencies in Management, Administration and Control. He was a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors, and Statutory Auditor of Operating Companies, Holding Companies and non-commercial Entities. For more than twenty years he was Chairman of Boards of Statutory Auditors of a National Bank and Financial Companies, in addition to having served as Board Member and Chairman of the Order of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts for the Province of Como.
